- The Tennessee
Aquarium Research Institute actively seeks collaborative research
projects with other scientific professionals. We are especially
interested in working with academic and government scientists
who are involved in conservation and research of southeastern
aquatic organisms.
If you are interested in developing a collaborative
project idea, please contact us.
- TNARI
also encourages ambitious high school, undergraduate, and graduate
students to participate in its research projects and activities.
Through our intern program, we foster the appreciation of science
and help train the next generation of researchers. TNARI interns
are encouraged to develop the necessary skills required to allow
them to participate in our research agenda as investigators.
A significant number of TNARI interns have won grants and awards
to support their research, presented their work at national
and regional scientific meetings, and published their project
results.
If you are interested in becoming part of our intern program,
please apply through the Tennessee
Aquarium
